SCOPE OF WORK

Enlightened provides staffing and management services to the OH SDU.

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED TO CUSTOMER

Enlightened, in partnership with ACS, Inc., provides mail room services to process hundreds of thousands child support payments, benefits and correspondence related to OH Child Support Payments and Benefits programs on a monthly basis.
On a daily basis our teams provide the following services to the state and ultimately the citizens of New York:

• Full time center management
• Supervisory staff
• Quality assurance measures of all staff
• Performance monitoring, training and management of all staff
• Weekly reporting to executive staff

OUTCOME/VALUE/BENEFIT TO CUSTOMER

Ohio taxpayers realized cost reduction and expedition of child support payment processing which better supports the financial stability for custodial parent recipients and impacted children.
