SCOPE OF WORK
Annual Capitalized Property Management Inventory Property management services for the inventory of all capitalized property assets with a purchase value greater than $5000 or any information technology asset identified as having proprietary intelligence regardless of purchase value.
DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED TO CUSTOMER
Perform inventory management services to inventory more than 18,000 capitalized assets located at more than 240 locations throughout the greater Washington metropolitan area. Each asset is individually assessed for re-inventory of previously bar-coded assets; bar-coding and data capture of 14 data element fields for new assets; and data quality analysis to identify missing or misreporting accounting investments.
To support and ensure data quality and inventory information control, Enlightened created a web-based infrastructure for capturing data downloaded directly from the inventory scanning devices. The implementation of forward looking asset management system provided more structured business processes, inventory data quality and control.
OUTCOME/VALUE/BENEFIT TO CUSTOMER
The OCFO can accurately and immediately accounts for capital investments, comply with government accounting standards and identify waste, fraud and abuse through the accurate, up-to-date listing of capital investment web-based knowledge management solution.
