SCOPE OF WORK

Resource management and operation of the HUD Direct Distribution Center (DDC) providing staff and subject matter expertise in the business areas of:

  • Customer Service Center (CSC)
  • Quick Copy Center (Duplication Facility and Print-On-Demand center)
  • Order Fulfillment Center

Enlightened provided outstanding support and delivered high quality products in support of State of U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.

  • Designed an effective IT strategic planning process to ensure IT strategic plans align with business and tactical plans, enterprise architecture, and IT budgeting.
  • Developed and implemented and IT Strategic planning methodology.
  • Performed cirtical success factor analysis by identifying gaps between business stratgegy and current IT capabilities, strategic options and alternatives required to close the gaps, and changes to IT strategy effectiveness.
  • Analyzed business wants and needs to ensure IT strategic goals and objectives accurately represent customer demands and recommended SMART measures for execution aof performance targets.
  • Developed and designed a user-focused and effective web presence to champion the IT strategic mission and vision.

HUD/OAMS is supporting the national agenda to revitalizing the housing industry and following the standards of the Freedom Of Information Act (FIOA) by successfully responding to tens of thousands of public citizen requests for documentation on a yearly basis.
