SCOPE OF WORK

Integrate and facilitate data exchange between disparate systems of thirteen (13) different law enforcement agencies within the District of Columbia, and create an extremely fast inquiry application and visual analytical tool.

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED TO CUSTOMER

Enlightened delivered JUSTIS — a secure, integrated web-based system which provides efficient information sharing and data exchange capabilities between the federal and the District of Columbia law enforcement agencies. The JUSTIS infrastructure securely transfers data/information between agencies to support business processes, and provides a platform-independent, graphical-analysis tool to discover patterns, trends, and associations in the criminal data.

OUTCOME/VALUE/BENEFIT TO CUSTOMER

Protecting the Capitol against terrorist attacks, reducing violent crime, and making the District safer for residents and visitors have resulted from faster access to critical public safety and criminal information, and increased collaboration/cooperation between law enforcement agencies fostered by the information sharing capabilities provided by JUSTIS.
